At Beefurb, we stand by the quality of our refurbished electronics with a 30-day risk-free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. If your device isn't performing as expected, we make the return or exchange process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Beefurb account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove your personal data and securely pack the electronics in their original packaging or a sturdy, padded box to prevent shipping damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement device will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
